Junai was a five piece hardcore indie outfit from Long Island, New York that started in March, 2004.

Biography[]

After a few moths of writing, Junai recorded their first EP entitled "Ghosts of A Good Thing". The cd was produced, mixed, and mastered by Dan Barton in August, 2004 at OnPoint Studios in Oceanside, New York. Later in August, Junai shot their very first music video for the track "Animal", shot and directed by the Shulmans in downtown New York City.

After playing shows for some months after that, Junai decided to go their separate ways.

The band featured an ex. member of metalcore act The Fellowship, Dave Catalano, who later went on to play guitar in the post-hardcore/rock band Nassau.
