Destry is an Indie Folk band from parts of Massachusetts, Tennessee, New York, and Texas. It was started by singer and multi-instrumentalist, Michelle DaRosa. Since their inception in early 2009, they have released a self titled EP and toured the North East with fellow Long Islanders, The Narrative. They are part of [Ten In One Talent], their booking agent is Neil Rubenstein.
Biography[]
When Michelle DaRosa left Straylight Run in 2008, she asked Shaun Cooper to join her new project. She also asked guitarist Tyler Odom, drummer Nicole Childrey and The Format's Sam Means to work with her on the project. Over the course of months the musicians sent back and forth parts of songs by email, before the group met in Nashville
