3 Minute Warning' was a Pop Punk band from Long Island, New York.

The band included Sal Bossio, Jeremy Valardi, and Alex Schatz. During its span, it took in Bryan Byrne as a singer, then he departed, took in Ryan Hunter, ex lead vocalist for Kingston 12 and then Bryan came back on vocals. Alex Schatz, the drummer, departed and Dan Gluszak joined.

After the birth of the famous Long Island venue, The Downtown, the Downtown held a Battle of the Bands, that spanned from week to week. The winners would play Earth Fest. During one date, pop punk band GoQuest (which featured Robbie Hassett and Dan Gluszak), 3 Minute Warning (which featured Sal Bossio, and Jeremy Valardi), and Kingston 12 (which featured Ryan Hunter) all competed against each other. Thus, every current member of Envy on the Coast's band except Brian's competed against one another in different bands. Locals Instant Reaction were also present.
